In this episode, we'll be exploring the world of ag manufacturing from a sales perspective. Our two guests have unique stories about how they found themselves in this industry, despite not necessarily planning for it.
First up, we have Chris Morson, Regional Sales Manager at Raven Industries. He'll be sharing how he transitioned into ag manufacturing and why he's so passionate about both agriculture and manufacturing.
Next, we'll hear from Jordan Graber, who found herself in a temporary role in ag manufacturing which led to a full-time sales representative position at Bauman Manufacturing. After graduating from university in the early 1980s, Gene Fraser made the move from Antigonish, Nova Scotia to Winnipeg, Manitoba to join AMC member MacDon Industries. Prior to announcing his retirement in December 2021, he served in a variety of roles at MacDon, most recently as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
In today’s episode, Gene joins us to look back at his 41 year career in agricultural manufacturing, discuss the value of mentorship and the impact his mentors have had on his career, and talk about the importance of making work FUN everyday.
